Round 1 (March-April) – Liquid application:

  • Balanced fertilizer (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium (Potash) or NPK
  • Micro nutrients: Sulfur and Chelate iron
  • Pre-emergent crabgrass and broadleaf control
  • Post-emergent broadleaf weed control – including Dandelions
  • Surfactants to enhance application results

Round 2 (May-June) – Granular application:

  • Balanced slow release fertilizer (NPK)
  • Micro nutrients: Sulfur
  • Post-emergent broadleaf weed control – including Clover
  • Inspect for lawn issues – sprinkler/mowing/pest

Round 3 (May-June) – Granular application:

  • Performed at the same time as round 2 application
  • Systemic turf insect control for Billbugs.

Round 4 (July-August) – Granular application:

  • Balanced slow release fertilizer (NPK)
  • Micro nutrients: Sulfur
  • Post-emergent broadleaf weed control – including Spurge
  • Inspect for lawn issues – sprinkler/mowing/pest

Round 5 (October-November) – Granular application:

  • Balanced slow release fertilizer (NPK)
  • Micro nutrients: Sulfur
  • Post-emergent broadleaf weed control
  • Inspect for lawn issues – sprinkler/mowing/pest
  • Grass will store nutrients over the winter for more vigorous growth in the Spring

OPTIONAL – Exterior Pest Control (Summer – Early Fall):

  • Exterior liquid spray around house foundation
  • Helps prevent insects and spiders from coming into your home
