Our History
The Lawn Co. is a landscape management business serving commercial, public, and residential clients. We provide landscape maintenance and upgrading services directly to our clients. For those maintenance customers who desire broader services, we either provide or coordinate the provision of all landscape-related services including design, construction, irrigation, landscape, maintenance, lawn care, and arborists.
The Lawn Co. was founded in 1985 by Eric Olson. The location at the time was 11700 Ustick Road. The company outgrew that location, and in 1988 moved to 11025 Executive Drive. As the company grew again, we moved to our present site at 2581 Wildwood in January 1990.
The current owners are Jack Fleck and Thad Cork, two long-time employees.

Thad Cork — Owner
Thad has been with us since 2010 and has been in the industry since 1988 designing, contracting, estimating, and managing. In the past he has worked for large landscape companies in Montana and Green Bay Area in Wisconsin. In his spare time, he likes to golf, mountain bike, and spend time with his family.

Licensed Landscape Architect, Certified Landscape Manager, Certified Landscape Technician, ICPI Certified Permeable Paver Installer.
Jack Fleck — Owner
Jack brings a wealth of experience in Landscape Design and Construction. His 30+ years of experience at Lawn Co ranges from picking up rocks as a college student to designing landscapes and helping people have great looking lawns. He enjoys all aspects of the landscaping industry and is very proud of having helped build up Lawn Co. to where it is today. Jack enjoys camping, fishing, golfing, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
